Senior Sharepoint developer with 7 years of IT experience

5 years of experience working on ASP/.Net and MOSS 2007 customizations.

Must be able to analyze requirements, document them with the users, create prototypes, develop the same.

In terms of Sharepoint specific experience, must have worked with custom workflows, custom server level pages/webparts, email integration, custom event handlers, working with external databases (not just Sharepoint lists) and other advanced features.

B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science (or related discipline), advanced industry certifications or equivalent work experience

5+ years of Web based development experience across multiple environments

Experience in delivering Enterprise Class, multi-tiered, high volume, customer-facing solutions.

Must have a development background with proven track record as a developer, ideally .NET (ASP.Net1.1, 2.0, 3.5), C#, VB.Net, SQL 200 & 2005

7-10+ years of experience working as a Senior Developer working on complex multi-threaded Java applications

Java Design Patterns (Business Delegate, Session Facade, DAO, Composite, Factory, etc.)

Good leadership skills; must have demonstrated ability to lead a group of Developers

Experience with Web applications that handle high-volume
